His experience includes managing a high performance employee benefits sales force. He has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. Most recently, he was Vice President of National Accounts for a Fortune 300 insurance company.

Michael Voegele, partner, brings to the team 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. His diverse background in the business and wealth of knowledge in employee benefits and self-funded plans, coupled with his experience in developing distribution systems from scratch, give him the expertise to bring the highest quality, affordable solutions to our customers. He holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. Most recently, he was Vice President of National Accounts for a Fortune 300 insurance company.

Ruth Morris, partner, joined the team with 22 years of experience in retail, distribution and manufacturing industries. Her experience in small, medium and large organizations gives her the ability to understand the struggles and needs of businesses. She holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and achieved a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. Most recently, she was with a Fortune 300 global restaurant company where she held various leadership positions in financial and project management.
